This consists of a days orientation. Familiarizing yourself with your new surroundings in Kiev. 1 of our dedicated assistants will help you in familiarising yourself with your new surroundings. Your assistant will spend 6 hours with you helping you locate all the local amenities, supermarket shopping, ensuring you buy the correct milk, juices and any other needs you may have. You may also require someone to assist you in locating and installing services like broadband or satellite in your home and being at your apartment while these are installed. Included in this package is a 6 hour day where your assistant will remain at your apartment for things like this while you carry on with your life.

Having “settled in”, your assistant is available to you for any queries you may have. This can range from “live translation” by mobile to your hairdresser ensuring they take only a little off, rather than leave only a little, to asking directions to the nearest post office. You’ll quickly discover how useful and time saving our service will become to you. You’ll also save money as we can advise you on things like correct taxi fares rather than depend on what the driver feels in the mood to charge you.

You’ll also find that for the first month, time consuming matters like laundry will not become an obstacle to your smooth transition to Kiev life so we provide you with a laundry service included in this package.

This is what we are here to help you with. For 1 month’s duration, your assistant is on call to answer any questions you may have and to advise and assist you on any problems you encounter 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
